We pride ourselves in offering the kind of respect, care and treatment we would like to experience ourselves. We receive many lovely comments from patients who are delighted with our service, and who recommend their family, friends and colleagues to come to us for dental care.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about any aspect of our service so that we have an opportunity to knowhow to care for you better. Good communication between us is important, so we can meet and hopefully exceed your expectations.
If you have a complaint, please talk to a member of the team. We will listen to your concerns and make amends if we do not maintain the high standards we set. We take complaints seriously and have a complaints policy which you can obtain from reception.
Data Protection – Keeping your records
To provide you with a high standard of dental care and attention, we need to hold personal information about you. This practice complies with the 1998 Data Protection Act and we have procedures for ensuring that personal information about patients is processed and stored fairly and lawfully. You have the right of access to the data that we hold about you and to receive a copy. Please contact the practice for more information.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives the general right of access to all types of recorded information held by the practice. The intention of the Act is to encourage a spirit of openness and transparency in the NHS and the whole public sector.
