Compliments, concern and complaints
We pride ourselves in offering the kind of respect, care and treatment we would like to experience ourselves. We receive many lovely comments from patients who are delighted with our service, and who recommend their family, friends and colleagues to come to us for dental care.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about any aspect of our service so that we have an opportunity to knowhow to care for you better. Good communication between us is important, so we can meet and hopefully exceed your expectations.
If you have a complaint, please talk to a member of the team. We will listen to your concerns and make amends if we do not maintain the high standards we set. We take complaints seriously and have a complaints policy which you can obtain from reception.

The intention of the Act is to encourage a spirit of openness and transparency in the NHS and the whole public sector. Our organisation aims to fully support this and has a publication scheme which can be accessed via the Practice Manager. Please contact the practice for more information.
