How do I become a patient at Fraser Dental?

Please contact reception on 0121 454 2413 or click here to book a 30 minute new patient consultation with one of our dentists.

How much will my treatment cost?

Click Here to view our guide fee list. Before the start of any treatment all patients are given a written estimate detailing the full costs involved.

How do I get to Fraser Dental?

We are located on the corner of Harborne Road and Vicarage Road. You can access the surgery and car park from either road. Our postcode is B15 3HN. Click Here for a map or call reception on 0121 454 2413 for any directions needed.

Are there surgeries on the ground floor?

Both our dentist and hygienists’ surgeries are located on the ground floor. We are also able to accommodate wheelchair / disabled access. Please call 0121 454 2413 in advance to ensure we can make the suitable arrangements.

How do I pay?

We require payment at each visit and are happy to accept cash, cheque and Maestro/Delta/Mastercard/Visa.

What if I am in pain out of hours?

Whenever possible we’ll provide emergency care on the same day. Emergency advice or treatment outside normal business hours can be obtained by telephoning 0121 454 2413.

What happens if I miss or rearrange an appointment?

If an appointment cannot be kept please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so that your reserved time can be used by someone else who is waiting for treatment or perhaps in pain. There is absolutely no charge whenever 48 hours’ notice is given.

I haven’t visited the dentist for some time, I feel embarrassed.

Rest assured we will not reprimand you for the condition of your teeth. We are here to advise and help you with your oral health, not to criticise! We will provide you with the options available to you and allow you to choose how you wish to proceed.
